Moscow Patriarchate offers no documentation and no historical evidence but issues threats, ultimatums, and impetuous leadership. Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople on the other hand offers historical and canonical documents with sobering wisdom and paternal love.   Over 20 years after the Letter of 1686, the letter of Peter I, where he pleads with the Metropolitan of Kiev to abandon the authority of the Ecumenical Patriarch for Moscow, he did not.
